Mike Steadman

Mike Steadman is the Founder of IRONBOUND Unlimited. Mike is also a three-time National Collegiate Boxing Champion from the United States Naval Academy and Marine Corps Infantry Officer, with deployments to Afghanistan and Japan/Philippines. IRONBOUND Boxing’s clients include Newark Venture Partners, WeWork, and Spotify. IRONBOUND Boxing is a hybrid organization, with a for-profit and non-profit arm.

Nate Desir

Nathanael Desir is a Veteran of the United States Marine Corps. He served together with Mike Steadman, in1st Battalion, 8th Marines. Nathanael continued his Marine Corps career as a Marine Security Guard and Marine Corp Martial Arts Instructor (MCMAI) providing protection and security for varied Department of State personnel. He is a Fitness Instructor and Martial Artist who specializes in Muay Thai and has traveled extensively.
